All items are shipped via insured USPS mail. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information if applicable (please read below, for more details on international shipping).

Please contact us if another delivery method is preferred, such as FedEx or UPS. We are happy to provide you with pricing options for the best method that works for you.

In-stock items ship within 3 - 5 days after payment is received.
Personalized items ship 10 - 14 days after payment is received.
Made to order items ship 2 - 3 weeks after payment is received.

Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, occasionally items may be purchased while on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.


We ship worldwide!

Your order will be shipped using either USPS First Class International with insurance, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery with this option, or USPS Priority Express International with insurance, please allow 10 -14 days for delivery with this option.

Kindly be aware of any customs restrictions to your country. Any and all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred on the package's journey will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. All packages will be shipped with a customs form declaring the full value of the merchandise, that the item(s) is made in the USA, and declared as Merchandise (even if your order is a gift).

PLEASE NOTE: Once a package has left the U.S., no further tracking information will be posted via the customs number when shipping via USPS First Class mail. We cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take an indecipherable amount of time to be cleared by customs. We cannot take action on "missing" items until at least 45 days have passed.

We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items before 45 days after the item has shipped. Please contact us if something has gone awry, so that we may work with the 3rd party insurance to resolve the issue.



In-stock items are returnable within 7 days of receipt of delivery as long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us so we can expect the return. All items returned within 7 days will be refunded for the full purchase price minus shipping and insurance cost.

Personalized items, such as customized fortune cookies and collar stays, and made to order items, such as solitaire rings and catch a falling star cuff, are not refundable for the full purchase price. Once an order confirmation has been sent, any cancellation or refund will forfeit 30% - 50% of the purchase price.

All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. If it is delivered in a state that is less than perfect due to the fault of CHRISTINA KOBER DESIGNS, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary repair.

Any repair needed due to regular wear and tear, we will be happy to repair the item free of charge within 4 months of the original purchase date. You pay the cost of shipping to CHRISTINA KOBER DESIGNS and we will ship it back to you free of charge.
Repairs after the four month purchase date will incur a cost depending on the time and materials needed to repair the item.
