If you follow along with us you must have noticed by now that we go to wholesale shows or "market" a few times throughout the year. So what exactly is market? Well I decided to give you a little behind the scenes look at what goes on at market! Christina Kober Designs attends 4 wholesale shows throughout the year- 2 in Atlanta [shoutout to my hometown] and 2 in New York. This is where we debut new styles and designs to our retailers and your local boutiques. They place their orders so by the time we are sharing our new designs on the website you can also find them in-person at a boutique near you!
It's a lot of work from designing the new stuff, preparing for the show, traveling to NY/ATL, setting up the booth to be absolutely perfect and then after a long week of making sure the right product gets into the right stores -ultimately for YOU to fall in love with it :), we break down the booth, pack up, fly home, and that's when the real work starts! Carefully making & shipping all the goodies our stores ordered! But don't feel too bad for us...we make sure the booth is always stocked with the essentials- coffee, champagne, & fruit snacks.
Here is a little look at the booth and what were our top sellers. So take a look and get excited because it won't be long until they're all available for you to buy on our website!
It's a labor of love. Our booth at the New York Now Show this past August. Is it cool if we sleep here?
Some of my favorite new pieces were also our retailers favorites too! The Diamond Dusted Arc necklace is definitely my must have for fall- there are a few ways to wear it plus it comes in sterling, oxidized sterling, gold & rose gold. One of each please?!
And the cuffs...definite no brainer ESPECIALLY for the upcoming holiday season. The perfect gift to remind your girlfriends how special they are, the hard-to-shop for mother-in-law, or your cousin who seems to already own everything! (we bet she doesn't have one of these guys!)
Does this surprise anyone? Didn't think so. These continue to be our top sellers! Why change up something that always works? Plus these guys are just the easiest for everyday wear.
